Matt has 25 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry. He has overseen and completed projects ranging from large-scale medical fit-outs to intricate designer works. Matt is held in high regard within the commercial flooring industry by both contractors and suppliers.

Aaron Roche
Aaron has extensive hands-on knowledge with all aspects of flooring due to his history as an installer. With 25 years of experience in the industry, he is an excellent addition to the team’s technical installation knowledge.
He has supervised everything from large commercial sites to smaller, intricate works. Over the years, Aaron has trained a large number of apprentices, many of whom continue to support the team today.
Today, Floor Innovations is a high-level commercial flooring company that began as a household installation contracting company founded by Aaron. Aaron’s principal objective is to ensure client happiness and cultivate both skilled installers and Supervisors.
Michael Davys
Michael possesses vast expertise in the construction sector, particularly flooring. Historically a high quality installer to project manager, Michael’s more than 25 years of experience make him an excellent addition to the team. He has managed numerous projects in various sectors, including the Medical, Aged Care and Commercial sectors. With Michael supervising your project, you can be confident that you will receive excellent results!
